Warehouse Operation Executive

9 x/ A- i# z. Q6 N! L4 Y" s2 v' j' E4 GWe are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities in our Heathrow Warehouse. The post holder is living around the Heathrow area and speaking Mandarin is preferred.
- T1 @3 x) h# s9 P/ \% M+ ?8 qThe post holder is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operation Manager daily.
7 h( D5 [: I0 I. i; s/ C; w. @The post holder should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.

; b# M  F" T3 b+ R9 G( m7 eResponsibilities
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
; `0 N* A+ r2 o& A0 H• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
0 R# e7 \$ }2 i. {& G( D• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Actively contribute to maintenance of good working relationships within the Warehouse and with all other departments across the division
* S, T  A% ~9 N• Other warehouse maintain work assigned by Operation manager

Requirements
$ \6 n) t6 B1 ~: l•        Proven 1-2 year+ work experience as a Warehouse Executive
•        Highly effective operation skills and techniques
