-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
6 v8 J8 R0 {( G' T! W& a-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
% s: e  s% d5 ~-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
1 N- J. b) ~% c- k+ r5 V# u9 @-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
6 B0 N5 ?8 P- ^5 {' B- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

Requirements:
-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
5 {5 J6 ~6 F  |-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
7 C/ m+ A% E& X6 i-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
1 [# U8 `7 J: r* G! t% V$ X-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
$ V8 C, A" J  o; l! r-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
! C8 ^& k* j3 b' e% Q( @9 \- m+ D-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
