Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
" V& `5 v( B$ O9 G2 g* Y-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- n% ?+ k( ^+ S$ l. X; c-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
8 _) n' S' {3 X# v-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
, ^. H2 G$ S) U. S1 v- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
9 z8 e8 I) Y3 m- C4 p! b8 Q- L4 j-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
- T2 ?+ m9 @" \2 m; ^* x9 \-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
