Responsibilities:
' a* C0 `  D/ j" R# z7 l-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
; u& G0 y! ~& H9 D- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

Requirements:
-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
8 N: }9 u& ^# j+ C- }-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
+ C# q: k5 w9 X-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
6 N2 \5 ]0 Y$ m-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
, J0 g+ q3 h: C-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
