Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Requirements:

. R7 |& V9 Q# l3 l" B& Q•        Good communication skill in English and Chinese (both verbal and written), excellent coordination skills required;
•        previous experience of working in office environment is desirable but suitable candidate with less experience will be considered with full training provided;
•        an excellent communicator (very good telephone manner), both efficient and organized;
1 m2 q: I9 Z& o3 R/ a6 W•        responsible with positive and can do attitude;

The key responsibilities of the job are:

* I; R( D6 T  v9 y& q5 ?/ {•        Handling of general office administration, including answering phone calls, monitoring office supplies and various office logs;
( |  L, b0 U5 X•         providing secretarial and administrative duties such as file organizing, document formatting, imaging and typing up documents;
•        sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post; and
•        performing ad-hoc tasks upon request.
