An award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.0 V9 G* I/ m) G" m: x
1 S$ D- P. S b$ g. sJob Description:0 S3 J9 T& j, f+ C& p5 j
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews
5 B* M, _# N) D3 v; g• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
a- n6 j& C1 W* }+ c• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
/ v3 r8 M9 y% w% G, d• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system
* Z3 c4 u* f5 Y' ]• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files
, m) Z! r* s) U& o8 p• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
0 F" G. W4 M8 H& v/ Z$ [• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues
( t8 i1 j, ^, c• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA
) ~1 c# f. {' X O% _• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
; B/ ^2 d$ |( [• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role$ P! ~; [! ~( l8 J4 L" ^! L

Requirements:" X- Z ~4 v# e% b8 |0 X
• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification/ H6 o# R8 \/ c
• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous
; z- }+ L& d& Y# H' ]• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice
# {: y$ Y' y) N% ?% Q6 j4 \0 y• HR administration experience
+ v5 a, f8 s d o9 }• Good communication and organisation skills/ m0 ?7 Y" X0 R& P
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment
. b; P% {& z6 k+ R; T3 y5 s• Language skills in both English and Chinese

( n6 \0 X6 u: r9 { ZWorking time:
! `3 `. G$ O' [( V9 L44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
