: }/ p& ^' {1 j# D$ G% c% m- EAn award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.

; S$ q8 `4 o+ M3 s% `/ eJob Description:
0 D% j& u+ u) `$ f0 t( c1 Y8 z/ v• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews
8 [; A* j. `2 ?. f6 k& F9 R; E• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation( [/ o' Z; ~8 Q: @3 ]
• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
) u0 F- [0 b" o1 Y• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system
3 i8 }( M- ~$ c& c; M9 ]/ Z• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files& ?' F- t/ c% ], z- ?3 J! I
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
. C' ~. }* Z! k: v• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues8 h6 ~  i: c1 K+ P' C6 h/ |' X
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA# b8 O* q' w* h9 h6 M. P* Y  _
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
  Q8 u. w( ~3 m' L% ]• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role5 `3 e& X1 ~5 q: U

Requirements:
7 @/ [) |. R; o+ q) G2 @• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
1 q9 q  G6 u9 U. _4 }• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous
/ y- p3 L: J5 x& V+ ^• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice
: D2 n) K. s4 W/ m! ^( W4 t• HR administration experience
3 D% ?8 U7 E0 Z; ]• Good communication and organisation skills
8 _9 C4 e4 ^, y• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment
9 C: L  o- g+ u% ^/ Z• Language skills in both English and Chinese
. b/ N+ m) M/ }2 n6 |9 E) N% P3 w1 @  s" f9 P, v
Working time:
: }$ B9 H  c% Y44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm- C1 x; c" s9 Q

We Offers:
