* c7 w/ j; H4 q* B% t0 |有等持及观想能力的人,依靠意幻供养不仅方便而且功德很大。其具体方法如下:
' Q1 s: T: ~- W7 P+ ^- q( aMaking mental offerings generates great merit. It is an easy task for those skilled in ! N# E: i; i0 |; P2 ^
concentration and visualization. The following provides specific steps:" T* l' i; A. z0 ?% n) U& G
以等持观想各种供品持于手中,供养释迦牟尼佛或其他佛菩萨。若观想能力成熟,可观想
2 k" N% X4 J7 G: A尽法界、尽虚空界,遍满诸传承上师、十方三世一切佛,种种菩萨、修行僧众海会围绕- @' {, Q5 s* N4 h8 x+ [1 A4 f8 t9 y
。《宝箧经》云:“掌中观想诸供品,供养一尊佛陀前,供养诸佛亦复然,仙人等境仍如是
4 |9 A- x5 G' N2 \。”《华严经》中也有相同描述。
' j7 M% J7 w0 G" x3 Y( ~2 iWith a steady mind, imagine many excellent substances in your hands and offer them to Buddha 4 d, m4 `2 j! K9 u8 q$ C
Shakyamuni or other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. If you are good at visualization, think 2 z: d  g" B' L. u" ~" }2 L2 J
throughout space and reaching the end of the universe there gather the objects of veneration 0 R0 T5 H! w; X8 X- Z  C- r
like cloud banks—lineage lamas, Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, as well as % x( Z9 H9 j* T; B
Bodhisattvas, sages, and noble Sanghas. The Sutra of Jewel Chest says: “Visualize many offering
$ Y4 E' @# E! Ksubstances in your hands, offer them to the Buddha in front of you and to many other Buddhas 3 E  y* [2 I6 c. `7 J# w' N9 U1 |
throughout the universe. Offer in the same way to all sublime beings.” Similar descriptions are
2 ]. I3 h, W9 |& d$ N" Oalso found in the Avatamsaka Sutra.
3 E1 ^9 N: `0 o* Y' l: K) ?再观想自己与六道之无量众生以胜妙之供养:上妙珍馐、轮王七宝、花云、天音乐云、天. r5 L/ H. ^5 ^) [; J* [7 B
伞盖云,天衣服云,天种种香:涂香、烧香、末香,如是等云,一一量如须弥山王。燃种
* n3 j/ W' d# P) ]( F' S种灯:酥灯、油灯、诸香油灯。一一灯柱,如须弥山;一一灯油,如大海水……以如是等
# U7 G3 G( @7 k! R+ |% j诸供养具而为供养。1 D2 a9 t8 O9 c* Q7 o, ?; K
Then imagine yourself and limitless beings of the six realms presenting the most excellent gifts:
7 B/ j% D5 P" Psumptuous nourishment, the seven jewels of the universal monarch, clouds of flowers, heavenly
9 J4 P* e& @/ j# h1 |  o) S6 V1 Hmusic, celestial parasols, angelic garment, all kinds of sublime perfumes—scented balms,
- Y. F; c$ V" e# G- W' Earomatic incense, fragrant powders, and so on. Each of these cloud offerings is equal in quantity 6 o0 J8 p( M; ^0 t2 z* R: j+ o
to Mt. Meru. Also present lamps of various kinds—butter lamps, oil lamps, and lamps of sweet . ?6 v  w" B1 v: ]$ p5 u/ n
perfumes, the wick of each lamp the size of Mt. Meru, the burning oil the amount of ocean # Y' j+ I* }! e3 ?6 Z
water. Ceaselessly offer such gifts in veneration.
8 l  u8 b% s4 U5 F  r  L& I% a) Z; d麦彭仁波切云:“等持意供者,以信心与恭敬心为基,由等持幻变无边之供云,以智慧了知
# A# N% E6 Y+ m# V+ H彼无自性者也。”
( S$ G# e: y  h( Z$ W6 uMipham Rinpoche teaches: “When making mental offerings, first establish faith and devotion, 9 ]! y1 t3 y+ @1 u3 c7 T# Y6 P
then in a state of concentration imagine limitless offerings as cloud banks; at the same time, # N. |5 |6 R3 d* i' |8 e
realize with wisdom that none of them has any real essence.”
. O; y. r, S( C由此可见,与其为供养上师、佛陀而以欺骗手段造作恶业,还不如以清净心意幻供养为妙
6 g- B, _4 C4 e! qHence, in honoring spiritual masters and the Buddhas, it would be better to make mental ' p+ ^/ H# i) w1 A; m2 ?
offerings with a pure mind, rather than to make material offerings through trickery or deception.
! C: Q. Z, C1 q) a  g供养乃为令诸佛菩萨欢喜之法,“上报四重恩,下济三途苦”是每位佛子之本分。但如果为
8 T9 r$ a5 Y0 c供养佛菩萨而伤害其它众生,实为舍本趋末之颠倒行为。8 G: r, Q1 T  k9 G9 K
Making offerings is a skillful means to please the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Every follower of & k* C5 i% [8 y- W; ^# h: ?& Z, p
Buddhism should advocate, “repaying the four great kindnesses and easing the sufferings of the
0 l5 N2 |& q" G4 }three realms.” But should we harm other living beings in the name of offerings to the Buddhas 5 j5 K9 k! }: A8 ]1 s0 Y  F
and Bodhisattvas, it would be a perverted act that barters the trunk for branches.( R$ q  c$ x5 D/ P+ K  Y
如果每天利用片刻时间,以观想自性清净力之缘起,而修持意幻供养,定会获得无边功德
& d  ]6 g; m6 n0 F( JEvery day, take just a few minutes to practice mental offering with a mind arising from innate # N/ J* s- |; e7 Z
purity. By doing so, we are sure to accumulate boundless merit.
% o2 ]% T. n9 B' H7 u众生能依靠如此之多的方便法积累二资,真是令人欢喜。: Z0 Y* F, k) z
There are many skillful means like this for us to accumulate the two merits of wisdom and
$ n# {( |0 t3 X. o! W6 t! Ncompassion. How wonderful!# `8 Y- P9 x# l- u2 P% Z5 B$ X3 D
