Due to our current client base, applicants will need to be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
0 x" p$ r3 c3 P7 w" f8 H& h* 40 hours per week / 5 days out of 7 including night shifts and weekends.
& W( T. d2 L4 X a; y5 _- q# nYour key accountability include: * Welcoming and developing contact with new members3 B: b; s0 E8 E4 e8 @" G
* Addressing customers by name, recognising individual needs and responding appropriately
" I) }$ Q1 H- {* Liaising with Management to ensure complimentary food and beverage is distributed correctly
3 ~9 b8 y# U9 s* Actively seek to increase customer retention
5 f2 k8 X! w4 J1 _' u: g* Defuse any potential or actual customer problems- A r5 q# x0 R" ^3 b

* Experience in a customer-facing environment
* [; E' G6 V$ K2 q* Excellent networking and prioritisation skills.

: v3 a: O/ g; n, x7 Z0 F: K- v8 Y* Flexibility with regards to shift times, and willing and able to work night shifts and weekends
