岗位职责
·         管理200 -300个 VIP 客户, 设计管理方案, 优化客服服务,提升客户体验。
·         通过客户的下单量进行分组管理,定期回访客户,分析客户现状,发现问题及时与公司相关人员进行沟通。
·         设计VIP客户常见问题解决方案,简化解决流程,适应客户需求,提高效率节省时间。
·         与公司各个部门保持良好的沟通,了解各部门工作流程, 有能力协调各部门同事共同解决问题。
·         从同客户的交流中收集市场信息,了解客户现状, 对客户做出客观的评价,分析客户对公司的价值。
·         主动接听或拨打客户电话, 及时回复客户邮件,解决客户疑问。
·         直接向销售部门主管汇报工作情况,主动提出工作上遇到的问题,寻求解决方案.
·         即使客户暂时流失也可以保持同客户间的关系, 建立信任。
·         监督客户订单量/月的变化, 及时了解客户单量增长或减少原因, 客观理性的分析问题, 为客户提出合理意见&建议。

Job brief - We’re looking for result-driven sales representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will have a rewarding career and satisfactory pay and bonus in return if you can prove your sales ability.
Job Description
The successful candidate must be native mandarin speaker and should demonstrate the abilities to
·         Manage 200-300 VIP accounts, design account management solution, optimize customer service quality and enhance customer experience
·         Manage accounts by groups based on their order volume, obtain feedback from customers on a regular basis, analyze status quo, spot problems and communicate with relevant departments in the company to resolve issues
·         Design solutions for frequently asked questions raised by VIP accounts, simplify problem resolution process, tailor solutions to customer requirements, improve efficiency and be time-effective
·         Form good communication mechanism with other departments in the company, understand their work procedures. Capable of working with colleagues from other departments to solve problems
·         Gather market information through communicating with customers, understand their status quo, make objective evaluation of customers, analyze their value to the company
·         Answer calls from customers or make calls to customers on own initiative, reply to emails timely, answer various questions from customers
·         Report to the Sales Manager directly, raise any problems arising from work on own initiative and seek solutions
·         Able to maintain relationship with customers even though they may be leaving temporarily, able to establish trust
·         Monitor the changes in customer orders by month, spot the underlying reasons of order increase/decrease, analyze problems objectively and rationally, offer reasonable solutions and suggestions
