An exciting opportunity has arisen within Visitor Services to join the team as a Temporary Tourism and Markets Team Leader. The role will require development and delivery of world class operational services and strategic tourism promotion across the Alliance. As the Temporary Tourism and Markets Team Leader you will be expected to maximize the economic potential of tourism across the Alliance through good partnership and collaborative working along with undertaking the overall supervision, operations and promotion of retail markets across both Councils in support of delivering high quality services to the community. 0 C8 j0 F' V/ n1 ~( O( r* l

A qualification within the health and social care industry NVQ Level 2 5 years working experience in tourism field Be patient and passionate about customer service Good communication skills
