Bookkeeper Job Descriptions:
 Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
 preparing VAT inputs
 Checking company bank statements
& V: E" F( r: l$ l' { preparing cash flow statements
; \, @: Y' P, e- @* y Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
8 T" _, ~) x. V" s0 {" O Recording financial transactions
; O% O6 u  {6 ]. F- y2 N2 Z Handling accounts payable and receivable
 Paying regular bills for the company
0 U* v& U2 A8 t0 I9 Z: ?5 Y! r  T0 r Appropriately coding payables to prepare them for the accountant's input later
 Maintaining office supplies
8 `0 d( k& y8 ~. _- r% Q% D$ H( c" ~ Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents as needed for others
Candidate Requirements:
7 O  U9 V. j. U7 E0 f Proven bookkeeping experience
% K! L+ }! `2 T* J% d! F! f/ N) i Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable
 Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
 Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
 Proficiency in English and in MS Office
 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
( j: c0 F5 A! j3 T* b4 l BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
/ P' J, l: q! ]  G2 l Fluent Mandarin
 Eligible of working at UK
