Warehouse Operation Executive
Based in Birmingham, UK

Job brief
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities in our Birmingham Warehouse.
The post holder is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operation Manager daily.
0 G" ]% M* B& m' w& gThe post holder should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.

Responsibilities
# \! P! D8 K4 d: p+ F• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
* Y2 t  i& U/ e% y- g7 @• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Actively contribute to maintenance of good working relationships within the Warehouse and with all other departments across the division.
• Other warehouse maintain work assigned by Operation manager

Requirements
9 y5 o% X5 z* {+ `/ m% P* r# H  }# ]5 \•        Proven 1-2 year+ work experience as a Warehouse Executive
& K7 {+ S. `+ l/ G3 Y•        Highly effective operation skills and techniques
9 j( m; e+ }; M( ^7 Y/ O•        Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
