项目专员 Project Specialist

) _" @$ w) f( j" T/ T" X/ c0 KResponsibilities:
- Responsible for product configuration and operational data analysis. Maintain and monitor project
plans, project schedules, objectives, outcomes, budgets and expenditures;
- Follow up the progress of projects in various countries and regions;
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Responsible for project report and
5 P9 h. B$ }. Q2 x; I: Fmeeting minutes;
% u( F. }/ R" d. p8 n' P- Ensuring project deadlines are met;
3 \1 c9 q! A3 \" t- d# e- Determining project changes, and communicating these on a timely basis at all times;
- Providing administrative support as needed;
9 C# a' w) h1 g" B- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for
each project;
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Job requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Logical and structured approach to assessing, planning, and delivering projects;
9 F2 R2 u6 B; f( d3 N: L. M3 F. M$ Q- Agile mindset; ability to think outside the box;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
3 U! z- j" P0 I2 e7 F( n/ L$ l+ K$ D) D- Comfortable with business trips.
