Sales Manager

( g7 T  `( q7 @2 U+ ?Responsibilities:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
4 G0 p5 ?* ]* S" Y+ {-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  Y9 k$ w  A. Q7 l-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
& J: ^7 f+ M0 T! l  @/ M* L- }-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
. v4 A- L$ g4 v# F1 r-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
: m" l/ s5 F0 a-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
$ X6 U3 x1 v! }$ t! {! K) E-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
* L  e7 k7 P8 X( \( w-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
8 N4 b4 V. b$ e' Y1 D& W$ q-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
! n5 s2 m! R7 E& i-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
