Sales Manager
Based in UK

/ @, q9 H" x! ?9 tResponsibilities:
/ x2 h. S: G% e  y' c, o4 P-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
/ Z9 d, I, B, J" g-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
: n. l. r% _: ^8 d5 S5 Q# h-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
5 U: q! T; K6 `6 q$ K; p( d+ ]- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
# g+ O, R2 Y8 i0 P-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
; G  F, ]4 I9 I- \" x-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
* s; s7 i- I9 D) K9 M0 j/ m-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
