Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Requirements:

, d# F4 v; y- f& E8 Z; W$ |) ]6 D# ^•        Good communication skill in English and Chinese (both verbal and written), excellent coordination skills required;
•        previous experience of working in office environment is desirable but suitable candidate with less experience will be considered with full training provided;
4 N# x; Q1 k: o( I1 w•        an excellent communicator (very good telephone manner), both efficient and organized;
•        responsible with positive and can do attitude;

The key responsibilities of the job are:
& e4 @, n# _: ~% q
; _  t& C% Y& L8 s  |. ]8 ~; f/ Y8 m•        Handling of general office administration, including answering phone calls, monitoring office supplies and various office logs;
•         providing secretarial and administrative duties such as file organizing, document formatting, imaging and typing up documents;
•        sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post; and
•        performing ad-hoc tasks upon request.
