) V. |2 _: l. Y" z+ TAn award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.

Job Description:7 f6 y1 ^& t& C$ ^
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews
- c4 h, k! ~; r. b( R8 \• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
# x. }; F9 \' l' `3 ?* w• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
" c2 @5 n! K1 z! V• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system+ c: p! i% U* X, z
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files2 S8 w5 z5 `# {0 g8 S1 E4 O
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
9 d. o2 T4 A/ L1 F0 _• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues
3 i! c& M5 _4 w. ~• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA6 U! i* X8 V# U' N# c
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
7 `2 t- u4 r& Z4 @9 j$ u• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role( g2 h& K# v0 I- \5 _: M

Requirements:8 I1 v/ Z" }: s
• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
' w6 ~8 E3 `2 s$ y6 E: V& O• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous ( F" M* v6 E" m. q# R# L+ g
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice
3 `* g, C; {' K/ X# K( t$ y% q) p. D• HR administration experience
3 W: w/ I$ J0 w4 F3 _• Good communication and organisation skills" \/ W4 D. n8 {: D/ |& P1 i
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment
1 K" X7 h) e6 Y8 @' ]• Language skills in both English and Chinese
/ L- D4 \: E+ m. e/ @# J2 ]5 q0 \ G; A) i
Working time:, G0 P- U; H8 l- |) ^
44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
