Based in London, UK

Job brief
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities in our Heathrow Warehouse. The post holder is living around the Heathrow area and speaking Mandarin is preferred.

; i3 R$ m- w1 S$ Z( R' eThe post holder is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operation Manager daily.

) o- a4 H6 ?3 n3 a& X6 I4 mThe post holder should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.

7 r: i7 |) e- A) B% h" m• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
8 T) N( j! z/ q: F• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
" j! n- B0 ~% D4 X8 g9 O7 i• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Actively contribute to maintenance of good working relationships within the Warehouse and with all other departments across the division
• Other warehouse maintain work assigned by Operation manager

Requirements
• Proven 1-2 year+ work experience as a Warehouse Executive
1 ^8 j5 l7 P6 k+ R" Z1 O" B• Highly effective operation skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
