Responsibilities:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
. O0 y6 p' p( |/ H: i3 m-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
1 \. T) {6 O0 V$ B3 T- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

% D$ l9 a7 B; t5 iRequirements:
2 C1 W$ r1 B  T. k( R% x+ Z-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
1 _! k8 F( f) ^- t-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
3 i$ z9 v5 A: G$ F! w. j+ O-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
, a' Y% Y& T4 ]" c* Z: C-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
