This is a part-time (4 hours a day, 4 days a week) assistant director role in our start-up.

We are a start-up with three projects related with elderly people:

/ C- D+ x, C, g3 e4 mThey are freight service, training & online commercial platform (www.meconsulting.me): a young company with strong support team behind to help commercial and business to find out more chance to win the deal.

2 r/ p- E& o- `8 @+ SWe’re looking for a candidate to join us starting this summer (ASAP) working in our beautiful London office in Somerset House in a co-working space with 10 other young tech/social start-ups.

THE JOB

! ~: i8 L- x# m8 z/ j% N0 Q: z3 v" ZWe need an assistant director with excellent communications skills, working along side the project founders, calling our partners and distributors, tracking the progress in a CRM and organising appointments.
+ W# v) W" h$ W4 p
7 F( n' u4 Y- ?4 S& W: Q# yKey responsibilities:

- Keep the contact with news collaborators by phone and email.
- Keep the agenda of meetings
- X5 C9 ?4 V$ q+ a1 v9 {* `- Create content for the web site, documents, reports, blog, etc
- Find for new collaborators for the projects contacting by email and phone.

You will have the opportunity to learn and be involved in all we are learning in the program attending workshops, conferences and meetings and help us to shape a growing business through your own input!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8 q, ^9 H* p3 a4 a: qGraduated in creative writing, marketing, business or others graduates or English teachers as foreigner language will be welcome.

- Ability to adapt and change

- Detail oriented and process driven
- Native English speaker
- Asia, China knowledge will be welcome
