An award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.
' A3 D0 F9 h- {3 l& Y! x( y& ]! v  X, \
Job Description:2 i) N' L8 W1 O+ ^5 y6 c
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews( u  t; g. i, G: H" z. C
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
. P  A& g! y8 D- c8 j, d• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
$ g1 u4 o% E' w' V: n5 l0 _& Q• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system
+ t% ?0 A2 m( g* R/ f, L. r• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files  k! M! ]/ [# W" P# E
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
" V, p! k& F: h9 L• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues
2 O$ n' S  O; [( C• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA
% L" x+ F- k" p* u5 B• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
: {: `5 x! L1 E6 D1 K) P• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role
: Q/ ^' w+ i" R3 E( S7 ]. F% ^4 y% N2 L( `+ Z/ ^) {% G  ?$ `
Requirements:
3 n, S* g( B  r• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification# ^- x1 Z% s" j" @
• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous
9 j3 L: k0 S' n  l' M• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice
& }" ^2 G2 [3 S: \• HR administration experience( [) e5 B  R3 J. V( F# f1 s% {
• Good communication and organisation skills/ B2 H6 }6 l$ |4 W  S9 R  e# L
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment3 A' T& ^: Y7 H
• Language skills in both English and Chinese - m/ E* S1 X$ |, V

/ A  R2 y# O. u: a9 TWorking time:# M, Q# U0 l6 s0 z6 x8 E: s' M2 C
44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm) G1 l" W" u, U) P7 l- ]# ~' v$ |
