Applicants must be aged 18 or over. Casino Host & _; P1 X5 M) |: H2 C
Due to our current client base, applicants will need to be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
) H) i5 X% Z) b5 i* 40 hours per week / 5 days out of 7 including night shifts and weekends.
# r5 r% @7 d& v. B/ cYour key accountability include: * Welcoming and developing contact with new members
; Y5 @% o: P. z! t! x* @2 r* Addressing customers by name, recognising individual needs and responding appropriately
1 H0 {0 r% [$ _. \" P* Liaising with Management to ensure complimentary food and beverage is distributed correctly7 v/ W S; w1 @1 E
* Actively seek to increase customer retention7 [3 m1 f0 @( V e* U% h
* Defuse any potential or actual customer problems# t3 `! r5 F7 W: R
* Working as part of a team' u( x2 S7 r; d1 K3 ^8 k# ~4 U, M8 t

4 X3 T& A: K( o: o- Y' w7 IThe ideal candidate will have:

* Aware of the importance of teamwork

Salary:

£11.15/hour + premium pay between midnight to 8am.
