A small and friendly chartered practice located in West End of Lonon looking for full-time and part-time account assistants start immediately. We are ACCA gold approved employer. The main responsibilities are :-

1 n3 Q* a" S8 G) d% n• Preparation of submission of VAT returns: Z6 @# i- I" r4 U
( u8 e* v# `5 I. x7 I( A$ K) p
• Preparation of payrolls and calculating PAYE
7 }# Z5 Q9 T$ \; j: u! P, C5 Z: _! s* W/ w
• Bank, cashbook and tender reconciliations# |; ^7 p6 U9 d7 @
8 w" d3 Z. K: I F. ]' ~" n; ^
• Bookkeepings: M! `0 r* P! e
/ z* u( V5 P- U, \& s+ `6 v8 Y! n
• Assisting with the production of financial statements
/ m' U1 N- `/ b" }9 u ^* f: d% g% ^ `
• Assisting with calculating prepayments and accruals. Y4 h8 d) _8 V4 o
( w: P3 n5 z* j2 w' J( U+ _7 ?/ U9 Y• Assisting with office admin jobs

Fluent speaking and written Chinese and English are essential. Fluent Cantonese speaker is preferred but not essential& k) g$ |3 G; I# |& l
Must have full, current UK working rights9 O: p% {; e1 k4 w
Must be available to work on Monday
