Our client, a famous company in a fast-paced cutting edge industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist Mandarin Chinese Speaker 中文普通话 .

Assignements你的职责

• Answering the phone and transferring calls in a professional manner接听电话
• Deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards热情的欢迎和招待来访者
• Monitor and manage stationery and refreshment stock levels
• Managing post
• General office admin
• Organising refreshments for client meetings
• Assist in event management
• Assisting the Directors, Accounts, HR and Accounts team with various tasks
• Travel booking – international flights and hotels and train travel upon request
• Arranging for the delivery of refreshments and catering for meetings
• Maintaining security awareness and monitoring visitors to the building
• Booking taxis and couriers as required帮助来访者预约计程车
• Issue security badge to visitor and maintenance contractors
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office熟悉办公室软件

Required profile岗位要求

• The post holder will possess excellent communication skills
• Reception experience in a similar environment or comparative organisation
• Excellent attention to detail, a warm and friendly disposition
• Strong skills in Outlook and Excel
• An impeccable telephone manner and excellent written skills
• Chinese Mandarin speaker
