We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Hotliner / Call Centre Operator required to join a local telephone answering company based in Birmingham.

Your role as Hotliner / Call Centre Operator will involve picking up all the phone calls from all our customers or potential customers. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days between 6am - midnight. Full training on the systems will be given to the successful applicants.

Assignments 您的职责

• Taking incoming telephone calls.
• Processing information using our in-house systems and provide excellent customer service using the telephone.

Required profile 岗位要求

• Competent and professional telephone manner is a must.
• Experiences in customer service over the telephone should be an ideal candidate.
• Excellent spelling, good typing skills and attention to detail are essential.
