Purpose of job:

We are a luxury wellness company focusing on providing luxury beauty and health products. If you are interested in this industry, it would be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for someone working closely with the founder/director on this role and adapt to the fast paced and dynamic environment, who has excellent execution capability and have attention to detail eyes (very important for luxury sector).

Major duties will include all tasks assigned by company director, such as:

· Full inbox management

· Meetings and office arrangement

· Public relationships

· Liaising with external partners

· Setting up office procedures

· Support business operations and other functioning sectors

· Researching and presenting information

· Contributing to financial planning
