services into one online platform we are looking for a new part time bookkeeper to join our
team in Central London.
Salary based on experience, Monday to Friday flexible.

 Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
. O0 k8 `& i' q1 W7 C preparing VAT inputs
 Checking company bank statements
 preparing cash flow statements
 Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
+ i9 M0 D/ w& z, L" [ Recording financial transactions
 Handling accounts payable and receivable
 Paying regular bills for the company
 Appropriately coding payables to prepare them for the accountant's input later
- Y% U7 m+ J1 H0 \ Maintaining office supplies
 Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents as needed for others
Candidate Requirements:
8 f! I, I$ x: a Proven bookkeeping experience
6 f5 N+ Q0 {# P6 X1 K5 n! s$ t6 b Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable
 Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
 Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
 Proficiency in English and in MS Office
2 ^- x: {, M7 }8 i- @ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
 BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
 Fluent Mandarin
